WELCOME TO SQUIREROSE STUDIOS SPACE HIRE!

STUDIO 1
The space can be rented out as a self-taping studio, or a rehearsal space.
It is equipped with 2 tables, 24 chairs, fairy lights, air-conditioning, a kitchen, bathroom, plenty of natural light, and access to props.

For self-taping, you have access to the entire studio, as well as our filming equipment (camera, mic, box lights, ring light) and TV.

For rehearsal space hire, you will have access to the entire studio, but not to the film equipment. This is best suited for scene, monologue, or play rehearsals, or for small group meet-ups.

IMPORTANT!

Please ensure you add/factor in a bump in and out time if necessary.
Time slots directly either side of the window you select will be available for anyone else to book in, and you therefore may not be able to access the space outside of your reserved time.

FOR THE MONTH OF MAY

As Acting Mastery is currently filming multiple courses over the coming weeks, we have set up black, floor to ceiling black curtains along the walls with the windows. The wall with the mirrors is totally clear.

As these brackets/curtain racks aren't secured, if you can please just keep clear of the structures in place to prevent them falling or causing any issues, that'd be great. We may also just have some plants, power boxes, and stacked chairs against the walls too out of the way.

Unless we have taken them down before your next hire, please do not turn on the fans either as they will hit the lights we have rigged on the ceiling. But the air-conditioning is totally fine to use.

Otherwise the studio has been kept exactly as it always is and is clear and ready to use!

T&Cs:
1. Full payment for private lessons and space hire must be made before we secure your day and time.
2. If you cancel/reschedule an ongoing class, workshop, space hire, or private more than 7 days before commencement, you will forfeit 30% of the total fee.
3. If you cancel/reschedule an ongoing class, workshop, space hire, or private within 7 days of commencement, you will forfeit 50% of the total fee.
4. If you cancel/reschedule an ongoing class, workshop, space hire, or private within 48 hours, you will forfeit 100% of the fee.
5. If you leave the air-conditioner on and do not turn it off after your booking, a daily fee of $10 will be charged between the date of your booking, and when it is next found.
6. Our studios are shared spaces and we ask those hiring to be mindful of the level of noise. Please keep music/noise to a respectable volume to be courteous of others in the space.
7. No open flames are to be used in our space as this not only creates a safety hazard, but candle wax damages our floors. Any wax found after your hire will incur a cleaning fee and hirers are liable for any damage or hazards that occur if candles/flames are used.
